I thought these were a joke on a few blogs today, but New Balance in England has made a very limited run of these Unknown Pleasures– themed trainers. The company has no plans to mass produce them (according someone on the New Order forum who emailed New Balance), and only a few boutiques in Manchester acquired them, which, of course, means they will be on eBay any minute now for ungodly amounts of cash. But none of that explains these:
