Variety is reporting that ex-Hobbit Elijah Wood is set to portray Iggy Pop in an upcoming biopic, ‘The Passenger.’ This is certain to go down in flames. Elijah Wood? Couldn’t they have gotten someone that wasn’t in permanent pre-pubescent purgatory? How is anyone supposed to believe this clammy twat is Iggy fucking Pop? Pop may have given his blessing to the production, but the guy also sells all of his songs to cruiseline commercials. His time of possessing any semblance of integrity has long since passed.
