Freakishly skinny soul chanteuse Amy Winehouse, who is currently enjoying surprising chart success here in America, has been invited by Simpsons creator Matt Groening to appear in the upcoming season, where she’ll meet Lisa in a blues bar. Winehouse agreed, as she is a fan of the show. The only downside is that it’ll be a Lisa episode. Ugh. Here’s to hoping her cartoon-ized beehive is as large as Marge’s.
