There are two types of Pink Floyd fans. The ones who only lay claim to the original line-up with Syd Barrett at the healm, and the ones who stone up and listen to Dark Side of the Moon at the laser-light show at the local science museum. Ok, I’ll grant a few bleeders and fence-riders, and, admittedly, I’m a fan of pretty large smattering of Pink Floyd records, especially the first one. So, it’s pretty exciting that Pink Floyd’s psychedelic masterpiece is finally getting the deluxe treatment. Out last Tuesday, the package comes in both two and three-disc versions, the fanciest of which is a cloth-covered book with reproductions of eight pages of Syd Barrett’s personal notebooks, stereo and mono versions of the LP, and all of the 1967 singles plus their respective b-sides.

Are they gonna put “Arnold Layne” on it this time? That and “Lola” and “Boys and Girls” are LKY’s Top 3 Songs About He-Shes…for your own edification.

Was there some part of you – tail, or hunchback; That, when they cut it off, grew back?
