Ahead of the Neo-Shoegazing resurgence by at least 5 years, Virginia’s Skywave [1995-2003] channeled My Bloody Valentine, Jesus and Mary Chain and more. An experience they apparently parlayed into an effects pedal business, appropriately named Death by Audio. Today it would appear that they are producing records [scroll right] by some of the new breed of shoegazers, like Dirty on Purpose (Drawer B review).
