This is kind of awesome. Duran Duran recently held a truncated stint at The Barrymore Theater on Broadway in New York City this past November as part of the media blitz surrounding the release of Red Carpet Massacre. The band lined up side by side behind keyboards a la Kraftwerk to perform “Showroom Dummies”, replete with electronic percussion and Simon Le Bon on vocoder. The sweep of shows was cut short due to a theater worker strike, but the few that took place allowed fans to pick parts of the setlist. Points to whomever chose this one.
