Kate Nash and political troubadour Billy Bragg teamed up at the Shockwave’s NME Awards for a medley of her hit single “Foundations” and his 25-year-old signature song “A New England.” It’s an odd pairing both on paper and live, evidently. I must say Kate Nash looks even cuter here than she does in her videos, but that doesn’t make this musical collaboration any more coherent. True to form, she even talks a little trash before the performance, dissing Muse’s win for Best Live Band, saying “not that I’m biased or anything, but [The] Cribs are actually best live band.”

I saw this on music slut and was all set to post it when I actually got half-way through it and bagged the post. Bloody awful.
