And it’s not just the NME reporting. Billboard and Rolling Stone are in on the action now too. The band is set to play Hyde Park in London on July 3, 2009. Rumors of other big shows are just rumors at this point, but the activity is for real. I saw Blur in 2003 in support of Think Tank, but it wasn’t quite the same without guitarist Graham Coxon. If a new record happens, certainly some shows in the US will follow.
