The electronic duo’s cinematic debut, Electroma, is self-described as “experimental and inaccessible; however, it’s a movie that does not require your brain to function.” What the cock could this film be about? Evidently, it’s even weirder than you might well imagine. The film is 70 minutes long, has no talking, and features no original music from Daft Punk. Instead, the duo employs “suicidal folk, a baroque liturgy, as well as such radio-friendly hit makers as Franz Joseph Haydn.” I bet the financiers are just beside themselves with anticipation and glee.
