These Atlanta girls can barely play their instruments, but there’s enough charm to compensate for the lack of musicianship. It’s showy vulgarity dressed down in three-chord punk with plenty of affected attitude, valley girl-isms, Dr. Dre keyboards, and sing-song melodies to keep the impending boredom at bay.
