So, I recently read a Spin article (March issue, not online) about Flosstradamus, Kid Sister, et al. and while I can see how they have arrived at the sound they are pimping, I have to say, for me, it’s an inverse case of the sum of the parts not equaling the whole. Which, I think, is my way of coming to terms with being old. At least they appear to be having fun. (I do love the fact that there is a song about “beepers” in 2008).

update: “KID SISTER SIGNS TO DOWNTOWN RECORDS!” or so the press release says.
