It’s for charity (Comic Relief) so I can’t complain too much about the raping of a classic Depeche Mode track. The video is also rather easy on the eyes, but I still had to cringe. *shudder*

R.I.P. Johnithin Christ of Code of Honor (1958-2009)
March 10th, 2009
Johnithin Christ of early 1980’s San Francisco hardcore band Code of Honor died on March 5, 2009 of complications from pneumonia. He had beaten cancer, but his immune system had been wrecked by the chemotherapy. So the bout with pneumonia easily shut him down. Hard to believe anyone in Code of Honor could be in […]

Listen to classic rock? You’re probably dumb.
March 10th, 2009

So, it should surprise just about no one that a show that purports to be a singing competition would enlist a non-singer of the non-singer-est ilk in that of one Kanye West. West is certainly a […]
Dave I.D. “Why Weren’t the Message Sent” video
March 9th, 2009
Raves from the English press still manage to thrust artists into the limelight, despite having cried wolf too many times to remember. But I think The Guardian is onto something with Dave I.D. This guy evidently makes Buriel look like a fame-whore by comparison, even though he does have a MySpace page, inscrutable as it […]
